First Year

It’s the last week of school, and everything feels like it’s moving fast and slowing down at the same time.

Lacrosse season just wrapped up, and senior night really put things into perspective. Watching the seniors close out their chapter made me realize how quickly this whole year flew by. It feels like just yesterday I was stepping on campus for the first time, not knowing what to expect and now here I am, finishing my first season of collegiate lacrosse.

At the same time, it’s crunch time academically. I’ve been making sure every assignment is turned in, every deadline is met, and every class is finished strong. It’s stressful, but it’s also a reminder of how much I’ve grown and adjusted to the college workload.

But beyond the classes and the sport, this year has been so much more. It’s been about meeting new people who started as strangers and turned into real connections. It’s been late nights, going out to eat, learning how to balance everything, and truly experiencing college life for the first time. It’s been about finding myself and figuring out who I am in this new space.

This was also the year I stepped out of my comfort zone by starting my podcast, joining organizations, and building something that feels like me. “All Access with Lolo” became more than just a name but it became a way to tell my story in real time.

Finishing this year feels bittersweet. I’m proud, I’m grateful, and proud. But more than anything, I’m excited. Excited to come back stronger and be more prepared for what’s next.

Thank you for tuning in to All Access with Lolo. I’ll be back next semester❤️
